Burton Foods Install New CC4s from Green Valet

1st February 2006, Ware, Herts.

Green Valet has recently launched a new version of its well known chemical dispensing unit, the CC4. Already one of the most widely used and trusted chemical dispensers in the cleaning industry, the new CC4 offers built-in data capture and recording capability. Units are supplied complete with Clematis dispensing control and analysis software package.

The new CC4 marks an industry first. As contractors working in hospitals, food factories and other sensitive areas come under increasing pressure to provide accurate data and to keep an audit trail of activities, they are recognising the benefits of built-in control, data recording and analysis for their chemical dispensing activities.

The new unit gives users full control over chemical dispensing at the point of use via software controlled pumps. Chemicals are dispensed separately from water and CC4s do not rely on water pressure. This means much greater dosage accuracy - Green Valet claim it is the most accurate dispenser available today.

Access to dispensing from the CC4 is controlled by PIN code. Information about each dispense is recorded, identifying the chemicals used, location, time and concentration level, as well as the individual using the machine. This is achieved with the CC4s built-in keyboard, which is simple to use and requires minimum training.

Dispensing information is retained on the unit for later download onto a PC for analysis. Clematis includes a range of standard reports which will confirm if cleaning schedules and specifications have been kept to, as well as analyse costs. Data from machines on different sites can be readily consolidated to provide detailed and accurate costs per unit, area, building, operative or team.

CC4s can be supplied to fill a wide variety of containers such as buckets, bottles, foamers, trolley baths and scrubber dryers.

New CC4s with Clematis 2 have recently been installed at Burton Foods, part of Associated British Foods, at their Liverpool plant, and are already making significant savings by removing the need to keep written records and to transfer data into spreadsheets for analysis.
